Sometimes accidents happen during shipping including, but not limited to, a box of chocolate goo during a heatwave, incorrect bonbon in a collection, or a missing product. Belle Monde Chocolates wants you to be over the moon with your purchase(s). If you aren’t happy with your purchase/order, please read our Return Policy, and contact us to tell us what the issue is and we’ll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The flavor wasn’t what I expected. Can I get a refund of Edible Products?
Due to Food Licensing regulations, we aren’t allowed to accept returned perishables including chocolates (pralines, bonbons, truffles, lollipops, sipping chocolates, teas) or candies if you find you don’t like the taste of an item.
My product was damaged during shipping! What can I do?
First, take pictures of the damaged product and packaging. Second, send both to our shipping department so we can either claim the postal insurance placed on your item or file a claim with our freight shipping company.
Can I exchange the damaged product?
Immediately contact us with the pictures of the damaged product so we can either refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) or provide an exact item exchange without a duplicate charge for shipping and handling.
How does this Return Policy effect Wholesale orders, Special event purchases, and deposits?
A non-refundable 50% deposit for all wholesale orders (boutique shops, cafes, weddings, and other private events) Final payment is due upon agreed shipping date, place, and time.
